I'm a 61-year-old male and a big fan of Hoyt Health and Fitness and, more specifically of Naomi Hoyt. Naomi has a steady, calming voice, and has obviously spent years "honing her craft." She knows when to speak and instruct and when to let the class execute the pose without needless verbal commentary. Naomi provides clear instruction, and I benefit by her ability to adapt poses to different skill levels. Overall, she creates a calming yet energizing environment. She also leaves me with both a positive physical impact - and a relaxed atmosphere that gives me mental strength. Two Thumbs Up!!

Naomi Hoyt has been an inspiring instructor. While I had been active the pandemic changed how I accessed activities. My strength work outs prior to having instruction were pieced haphazardly together. With Naomi’s class I have been motivated to balance how I work different muscle groups. Previous injuries and arthroscopy for a knee injury made it initially painful to do a basic squat. While starting with a modification and use of a chair I have been able to now do these pain free and with increasing weight and resistance. With upper body work outs I have also been able to increase the amount of weight lifted and repetitions. My posture has improved with core training as well. I have osteoporosis and the increase in weight is importantly to my long term health.
